The Corporate General Manager of Ala Carte Entertainment, James Earley manages operations for more than 20 restaurants and bars and oversees all Ala Carte Entertainment functions related to productivity and profitability.The prominence and reputation of the Ala Carte Entertainment establishments drive Jim Earley to encourage all employees to undertake charitable and community support efforts. By giving back to the community, these enterprises enhance both their neighborhoods and Ala Carte Entertainment brands. A long-time volunteer and sponsor of numerous charities, Mr. Earley continues to build on previous achievements rather than being content with the status quo. Ala Carte Entertainment sponsors the Ala Carte Entertainment Golf Classic, an event that generates funding for the Northwest Special Recreation Association. The proceeds finance recreational activities for adults and children with special needs. Before hosting its own golf tournament, Ala Carte Entertainment donated to a previous golf fundraiser on behalf of that organization. However, the experience developed through this lengthy partnership prompted Jim Earley and the Ala Carte Entertainment team to take responsibility for a company-branded campaign event. Jim Earley and Ala Carte Entertainment maintain membership in the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce, the GOA Regional Business Association, and the Schaumburg Business Association. Mr. Earley chairs the Taste of Schaumburg, a community event featuring 25 local restaurants. He is also actively involved in the Festival of Chefs, an event he founded to benefit the New Horizon Center for the Developmentally Disabled. An advocate for animals, James Earley also serves as a member of the Buddy Foundation. |
